The distribution of construction is as follows: 49,538 m2 (50.47%) for townhouses (20,196 homes); 2,077 ‌m2 ‌(2.12%) ‌for ‌commercial ‌use (415 m2); ‌9,866 m2 ‌(10.05%) ‌for sports ‌and ‌social club; 14,199 m2 ‌(14.47%) for parking ‌and access ‌roads; ‌30,364 ‌m2 ‌(22.89%) ‌for ‌green ‌areas.
