Cookies
The website does not set any cookies itself, and we do not use statistics, analytics or advertising cookies. You can therefore use the website without accepting cookies.
When you mark a property as a favourite (the star on the property cards), the choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us, and you can delete it by clearing the website data in your browser.
Content from other companies
Some pages show content that is delivered by other companies. When it is shown, your browser connects to their servers, and they receive your IP address:
- Google Maps: The maps are only loaded when you click the "Google Maps" button. Google may then set cookies in your browser. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.
- YouTube: Some articles contain videos from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may save information in your browser when you play a video. YouTube is owned by Google, and Google's privacy policy applies.
- Property photos: The photos of the properties are delivered by Resales Online's image server (cdn.resales-online.com).
Personal information you send us
We only receive personal information about you if you give it to us yourself:
- Contact forms: When you write to us, we receive your name, your e-mail address, your phone number (if you enter it) and your message, as well as the page you wrote from. The enquiry is sent to us by e-mail, and we use it to answer you and to help you buy or sell a property. We process the information to respond to your request before any agreement is made (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Newsletter: When you sign up for our newsletter, we receive your name and e-mail address and add them to our mailing list. We do this with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@costadelcasa.com.
Personal information is never passed on to third parties unless you have given your consent. The companies that host our website and our e-mail process the information on our behalf and may only use it for that purpose.
When you visit the website, our web host also records technical information in its server logs (IP address, time, the page you visited and your browser) to keep the website running and secure.
How long we keep your information
Personal information is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, and no later than 12 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to have incorrect information corrected. You can also ask us to delete your information or restrict its processing, object to the processing, receive your information in a format that can be transferred, and withdraw your consent at any time.
