This lovely semi-detached countryside house is located on the road between the villages of Benamargosa and Riogordo in a little quiet little hamlet and only around 35 minutes drive to the coast. It is the corner house in a small collection of houses and it has a large plot of land in front of it including a water reservoir that could be easily converted into a plunge pool. The main house has a living room with fireplace downstairs along with a separate kitchen. Upstairs there are the 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a storage room. Outside and right opposite the house, there is another building with a large shed and a terrace with BBQ and lovely views over the land and the countryside. Land is very private and full of fruit trees such as mango, avocado, plums, pear, orange, clementine. Good access from main road, no dirt track.
