Well-maintained spacious village house with views of the mountains and the village in the beautiful Almachar, known as the "Jewel of the Axarquía region". Charming well-equipped village house with rustic charm and wooden beams on the ceiling, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Centrally located, but still a quiet part of the village. Large outdoor areas with terraces, which offer views of the surrounding mountains and where you can enjoy the sun all day. In the evening, you have the most enchanting sunsets during the warm summer evenings. Malaga airport is only 45 minutes by car. A large living room welcomes us at the entrance. Perfect for comfortably spending time with family and friends, and adjacent to it, is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Directly to the right is a toilet and then, the crown jewel of the house. A large partially covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and at the covered part, a beautiful Muscatel vine that adds to the charm of the house and is so typical of Mediterranean villages. In the other part of the terrace you have a charming detached bedroom, which currently serves as an office. Downstairs from the terrace is a storage room and then a detached bedroom with its own bathroom, great for guests and friends. Outside the bedroom, you also have a private terrace without privacy. A jacuzzi would be great here, water and sewage are available. We enter the house again and a wide staircase leads us up to the second floor, here you will find two spacious, bright bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is currently used partly as a storage room, from the second bedroom you have a lovely view of the mountains. Malaga airport is only 45 minutes by car and the famous Baviera Golf is less than 30 minutes by car from your new home. It only takes 30 minutes to the beach in Torre del Mar or Rincon de la Victoria. In winter, it is only a two-hour drive to Granada and Sierra Nevada, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with skiing and swimming in the sea in the same day.
